    The scope of application: This product is widely used for the outside insulated equipment in 10kV-500kV high voltage transmission and transformation systems of electric power (line insulators, insulating sleeves, post insulators, current and voltage transformers, etc).
     It can also be used for the outside insulation of electric equipment in special environment. The function and feature: On the basis of the comprehensive performance of RTV coat layer, it is updated further, longer than RTV in the service life. High hydrophobicity Excellent anti-corrosion performance Special surface performance Special non-stick pollution performance Excellent physical and mechanical property Resistance to heat and cold Non-inflammable, non-explosive and non-poisonous
     The method of use: The product can be used by spraying, also brushing. Regular cleaning, decontaminating, deoiling and degreasing should be carried out on the porcelain surface before painting in order to keep clean. After opening the container of the product, it is be sprayed repeatedly by painting equipment on the clean porcelain surface, ensuring the thickness of over 0.4mm. The coating can cure spontaneously into film in the air. The remaining coating should be sealed well for using again. Notes: 1. This product gets cured in the air. Take care of the seal and preservation. Take care of the anti-fire in the transport and construction. 2. Shake it well before use. 3. It is used when it is fine. The coat layer should be even. 4. It is transported according to the marks on the packing box under the dry, cool, safe and dark conditions. 5. Take care of the environment protection. Do not dump and discard this product and its package.
